Vibrating hands @ Kenko Spa house

How many of us doesn't love pampering our body, especially after a long day at work..8.5 hours straight and the only tea break you have is your trips to the washroom, ahhh so stressfull leh!

In my case, I am getting tired not because of working but pretending to work. Trying to find something worthwhile so that your boss will not think they are paying you for nothing. But who is to blame when I finish all the tasks they gave me in a wink of an eye? hehehe lol! Their big problem? They were running out of projects for me. Am I finishing it so fast? weheheh..

Honestly, I feel more tired just sitting all day and staring at my laptop compared to having multiple task at hand. I feel more challenged and motivated doing so much work, it was so much fun for me.. =)

Tired, bored and uninspired, I decided to cheer myself up. And so I stepped down from my 3-inch high-heeled shoes and gave my feet a treat. My spa visits started from there.

After different try outs and hunting for affordable spa centres, I strongly recommend the Kenko Reflexology & Spa in Esplanade.

Where can you find a foot massage done in bare hands and feels like you are using an OSIM machine? The masseuse's hands were literally vibrating.. heck! I wonder how they do that. They didn't apply oil or lotion to my feet and surely their hands didn't slide off my skin and when they do their trick you will feel it vibrating. You have to try it yourself.

This is an exceptional spa center. The only one I tried that I felt so relieved and relaxed after the massage. I also tried their back and shoulder massage and in pronto my muscle cramps were gone.. The other spas I've tried was not as relaxing. Kidding aside, I am secretly making faces and shouting unheard screams of pain under the sheets. Yup, I have low tolerance of pain and even if I said "auntie, more gentle please", the more they will show off with their skills using hard pressures.. waaahhh. It was like I am undergoing surgery rather than massage.

Try Kenko.. they have a fish spa too...weheee..

  1. I have tried the Kenko foot massage in Orchard Central mall but still the service in Esplanade is better.. I guess it really depends on the masseuse..

the back massage in OC is good though..
